Domino’s Pizza Ad Campaign

The new Domino’s Pizza television ad campaign is brilliant. Earlier in the year, Domino’s changed their dough recipe and advertised that they were listening to customers and making changes to improve the quality of their product. By publicly admitting they had a problem, they invited former customers to come back and try their improved pizza. In the next phase, Domino’s asked for customers to post photos of their pizzas. In the latest ads, they feature a problem pizza from Bryce to drive home the point that they are listening to feedback and making improvements.
